Does our booth space include carpet?

No. Please see the carpet order form in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Are exhibitors required to have carpet in their booth space?

Although we do not require flooring in your space, it is highly recommended to convey a professional image. All common areas will be carpeted. Exhibitors may order carpet from Complete Show Services or they can bring their own carpet or flooring. If an exhibitor requires labor to lay their own carpet or floor covering, they should contact Complete Show Services for an estimate.

What is included with our booth (per 100 sq feet where applicable)?

  • Each 10 x 10 space includes 8′ black pipe & drape along the back of your booth and a 3′ high black drape along the side of your booth.
  • Booth Identification sign.
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) 6’ black draped table
  • (1) wastebasket
  • Unlimited Vendor Badges

Is electricity included in our booth?

No, electrical service is provided through our electrical contractor for each event. An electrical order form is located in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Are discounts available for show services (carpet, furniture, electric, etc.)?

Most of the vendors provide a substantial discounted rate on their services provided you submit your order forms to them by a specific date. The due dates listed on all order forms refers to the date the discounted rates expire. All services are available after the due dates and on site but at a higher cost.

Is there a cost for exhibitor badges and is there a limit to the number of badges I can order?

Every 10×10 includes 2 badges, additional badges can be purchased at $50/pass for staff. All staff must be registered individually in order to obtain a badge. Registration link can be found on our logistics page.

Are there height restrictions for our booth display?

    • Linear booth spaces: The back section cannot exceed eight (8) feet and any sidewall in the front half of the booth may not be higher than four (4) feet.
    • Island booth spaces: Island booths (those with aisles on all sides) have a maximum exhibit height of 20 feet.

     

    When and where do I ship my show materials?

    • You can either send your freight to the advanced shipping warehouse or directly to the convention center. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for shipping and material handling rates and how to address your shipments.
    • Advance shipments to the warehouse: Please see receiving dates, times, and rates in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
    • Direct shipping to the show: Please see receiving dates, times, and rates in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Shipments delivered directly to the show will be delivered to your booth as they are received. 

    Do I need to use a specific shipping company?

    Exhibitors are welcome to use any carrier they choose.

    Can I set up my own booth or do I have to hire labor?

    Is there security on the show floor?

    Show security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from move in to move out. However, show security should not be relied upon to provide more than a presence to inhibit theft. Show Management, its agents, vendors and the convention center do not offer nor accept responsibility for exhibitors’ property. Check with your insurance provider for information on an inexpensive Show Exhibiting Insurance Rider.

    Is soliciting by attendees permitted?

    Any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company’s booth will be offered the option of immediately purchasing booth space on the floor (if available) or surrendering the conference credentials and leaving the premises at once.

    What is the THC policy?

    The federally-legal limit for THC in your CBD products must be 0.3% or less.
